Know Before You Go!
Planning ahead helps everyone enjoy a safe and memorable concert experience at The Bloomery.
Tickets are available online only, and gates open one hour before the scheduled start time. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets, dress for changing Wyoming weather, and be respectful of the farm, animals, and fellow concertgoers.
Beer and wine are permitted if kept in coolers with no glass containers. Please plan safe transportation home by designating a sober driver or arranging a ride. Outside pets are not allowed, and children must remain supervised at all times.

Gates open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start time of each concert.

Vehicles are not allowed on the lawn under any circumstances.
Please park only in designated parking areas.
Overnight camping is not permitted.
Leaving vehicles on-site after the event is not permitted.
Please plan ahead and travel safely.
For the safety of guests, onsite animals, and neighboring properties, do not operate a vehicle after consuming alcohol.
Designate a sober driver or arrange transportation to and from the venue as needed.

Hard alcohol is not allowed on-site.
Guests may bring their own beer or wine.
All alcoholic beverages must be kept inside a cooler.
Glass containers are not permitted.
The Bloomery typically has a beer vendor at each concert for patrons 21 and older.
Please practice good housekeeping by keeping your area clean and ensuring no trash or personal belongings are left behind when departing the event.

Outside pets are not allowed on the premises.
The Bloomery is home to animals that live onsite and share the farm as their home.
Please be respectful and kind to all animals.
Ask for permission from The Bloomery staff before touching or interacting with any animals.

Children 16 years of age and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Children may not wander the premises.
Children may not enter gardens, go through closed gates, approach animals, or climb or damage trees.
Unattended children will receive a warning; continued non-compliance may result in removal from the event.
Please be considerate of other guests enjoying the concert experience.

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
Smoking is not permitted on the lawn, in gardens, in fields, or near the horse corrals or barn.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in designated receptacles.

Professional photography and video recording are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.

Do not pick, step on, or trample flowers or fields.
Do not open or pass through closed gates.
Do not approach, harass, or enter animal pens or corrals.
Do not dump liquids, beverages, or food onto lawns, gravel driveways, or garden areas.
Trash cans are provided for proper disposal.

Aerosols or sprays, including sunscreen and insect repellent, are not permitted near gardens or lawns.
Sprays may only be applied in designated gravel driveway areas.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the venue or the contracted band cancels the performance due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Approved refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Concerts at The Bloomery take place in an outdoor, working farm environment. By attending, guests acknowledge that conditions may include uneven terrain, changing weather, insects, animals, and other natural elements.
Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. Please move carefully, wear appropriate footwear, and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.
The Bloomery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including vehicles, clothing, equipment, or personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for their own well-being and medical needs during the event. In the event of an emergency, staff may contact emergency services if needed.
Please follow all posted signage and the direction of Bloomery staff and event personnel to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
